We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case. Before you want to return or exchange goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. We offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy to you.

Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items. Please note:
1) You should contact us within 15 days from the date you received it. Before you do your return, please contact us for the return address. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for the return if you provide us with a wrong address.

2) Pleas ensure your returned items in original packaging including all accessories, tags, not worn, altered or washed and can be resold. All items being returned should be sent with the original receipt and a note with it to state the reason for you returning the item.

3) If it is not the quality problems. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fee should be paid by buyer. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

4) Please advise us the tracking number when you return your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. We will refund you only after we received your items.

5) If you have any questions about returning your products, please contact us! Unfortunately, We can not be responsible for packages lost in transit.

6) After getting your return shoes, we will send refund request to our bank within 48 hours and send you an E-mail about this. Please Note: Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, and it may take up to 30 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this.

Exchange Policy

In 15 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, It can be returned and replaced under the following condition:
1. You must contact us before returning the items. The products should have not been used (except tryout). All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached . Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

2. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first.

3. If you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage). We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.

4. Once we receive the items, we will ship the new item you reorder or refund your payment. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.

5. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we can not be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
